Getyouonline attends Hillhead
This week we assisted Cross Electrical with their marketing efforts towards and during the much-anticipated Hillhead Show 2018.
The Hillhead show was held at Hillhead Quarry, Buxton on the 26th – 28th July 2018. Hillhead is the largest exhibition of it’s kind in the world. Bringing together companies from around the world within the quarrying, industrial and recycling industries. This was a fantastic opportunity to network, which couldn’t be missed!
Getyouonline were asked to assist Cross Electrical in project managing the event and carrying out online marketing to promote this event and ensure its success.
Giving key deadlines, getyouonline guided Cross Electrical throughout the organisation of the stand for this event and provided recommendations to ensure it went smoothly.
Getyouonline managed Cross Electrical's social media campaign both on the run up to the event and supported throughout the duration of the show, to ensure that Cross Electrical received maximum exposure online. These efforts saw Cross Electrical increase their brand awareness, as well as increased footfall to the stand.
In addition to this, drawing on our team’s experience within the events industry, getyouonline gave visual and creative direction to the stand. Graphics were created to entice people to the stand and demonstrate Cross Electrical's expertise within the sector.
Cross Electrical were keen to have something that would draw people to the stand, increase the foot fall and ultimately make them stand out from other exhibitors. We recommended a ‘spin the wheel’ style game to generate interest! The graphics were created here at getyouonline and safe to say the team did a spectacular job!
For £1 a go, there were a range of fantastic prizes to be won on the ‘spin the wheel’ and better yet, all proceeds went to their nominated charity, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance.
All in all, this event was a huge success for Cross Electrical.
